I have a book from the Library which I checked for you, "The Genealogists Internet" Author Peter Christian.
It's a mine of information, some of the recommended sites for your topic - "For Irish immigration, the ScotslandsClans site has many links at www.scotlandsclans.com/irshiplists.htm
The immigrant Ships Transcribers Guild at <istg.rootsweb.com>

<istg.rootsweb.com/newcompass/pcindex>.....an enormous collection of links to passenger-list sites on line .
Also has addresses for mailing lists if you're interested let me know

Quote(from book as detailed before) " For Irish emigration , the ScotlandsClans site has many links at www.scotlandsclans.com/irshiplists.htm
There are a number of mailing lists for immigrant ships, but the most general is TheShipsList, details of which are at www.rootsweb.com/~jfuller/gen_mail_emi.html
This page also has details of other lists relating to emigration and immigration.
The PRO has information about official records in leaflets devoted to 'Immigration' at <catalogue.pro.gov.uk/leaflets/ri2156.htm>"  end quote.

If the PRO has records it may be that the equivalent Irish site does too?
Hope this is of some help to you
Newbie :)

Forgive me for butting in but I think Dublin was still part of Great Britain in 1916 and Irish would not be considered as Immigrants.  Anyway as far as I know no official passenger lists were ever kept between Ireland and Britain.

I may be wrong but......

I think you're right. It's annoying for Anglo-Irish families like mine but it seems to have been considered as moving house rather than emigrating. I've yet to find any ship lists that feature ships to England rather than the US/Canada/Aus & NZ.

Though if anyone has, particularly London-bound ships, I will worship you like a god if you tell me...well, a minor deity at least.

London(Wapping, Whitechapel, Camberwell): Collins, Ryan, Sullivan.
Wiltshire(Bradford, North Bradley): Turner.
Hampshire(Alton): Warner.
