Hello,

I am looking to find more information about the family of Michael O'Reilly who was a Dublin solicitor living at 5 Great Georges Street on the 1901 and 1911 census. I know Michael was Catholic, his wife's name was Grace born in Co. Tipperary and she was Church of Ireland / England, they had two sons both were raised Catholic, Terence Ed Rupert age 10 in 1911 and Michael age 6 in 1911 both were born in Dublin City. My Great Grandmother Maria Doyle and her daughter Lizzie worked for them as Cook and house servant between 1900 and 1908, I am trying to find more information about the family and maybe even find if there are photographs of this family and its servants.
Any info would be appreciated.

Michael O'REILLY m Grace Constance HEAD
in Chelsea, London in 1900; Ref. Q1 V1a P848
The certificate would show Michael's father's name to help trace his side

Grace was one of at least 9 children born to Edward HEAD and Hannah CORRIGAN
They married in 1852 and he was in the army as were many of the daughters' spouses.

I believe that this is Capt. E. HEAD on the 1901 census as in Edward HEAD
with his son-in-law James PALMER (h/o Maud) in Galway
Maud being the visitor with the O'REILLYs in Dublin

Link to both baptisms
Terence b. Apr 02 1901
                    d. May 03 1945 probate shows widow as Helen Phillis Mary Josephine O'REILLY widow
Michael b. Jun 15 1904
edited to add a man with this date of birth travelled from New York in 1960
He arrived at Southampton on the Queen Elizabeth May 17 1960
His name was given as Michael M A J O'Reilly; retired; married
His address as Robindale, Eaton Brae, Shankill, Co. Dublin

Did you notice that on the 1911 census links that dathai put up
Michael describes himself as married with 2 children, both alive;
but Grace (staying with her sister) describes herself as married with no children?? !!
