 Hi,

Sorry I didn't answer you question. It take a long time for results to come back but I got the test kit relatively quick about a week but that was several years ago. About 2 months or more for the results . think they have had a few problems .

cheers Brenny

Hi Cynda,

I bought a number of kits a couple of months ago. They only took a couple of weeks to arrive. When I returned them, once again, it only took a few weeks to get my email notification to say they had received my kits and they were batched about a week later.

From what I have seen on their Facebook page, it appears their problems are due to a combination of staff shortages and technical bugs that they have ben trying to fix.
