Hi again,
I'm clutching at straws hoping that since first posting this question that someone now may be able to shed some light on these relatives?
To recap,
Henry Arthur LEE marries Elizabeth ROSE ?!
they have a son Henry Arthur Lee Jnr supposedly born about 1859-1860 Newcastle NSW ?!
Henry Arthur Lee Jnr marries in New Zealand and has 5 sons then disappears about 1895.
His wife Annie has 2 more children to another man who she then marries in 1910 presumably after her husband can't be found. 
I have Henry Lee Jnr s marriage cert and that is where I have his birth place and parents names from.  Nothing proved though.
Through DNA I have also been in contact with another descendant ( the grandchild of another son of Henry Jnr and Annie) and this person also has the same details as I do on her grandfathers marriage cert.
