Dorothea was born in Nottingham so I would think this is the birth registration in Q/e December 1903:

Brown,  Dorothea Mary, Nottingham vol 7b   page 470.

Emily Newton Edwards marriage to Albert Brown: Nottingham, q/e June 1903,    Vol 7b page 518.

Thanks. I have been looking at the FreeBMD site and have seen this record as well as some others.  I even found one that may be a sister to Dorothea born the Emily after she married Robert Foster.
Appreciate all the follow up.
