I am searching for any information on a DR JOHN WRIGHT who died on the 14th March 1823 in Bailieborough , County Cavan.
His daughter was Jane Wright, who married the Rev James Gibson who in 1801 moved from this area to be ordained at Lislooney Presbyterian Church, Armagh.
In a letter the Rev James Gibson wrote in 1856 he said that his father -in-law , the above,
" was descended from an ancient family of that name in County Monaghan."
I am searching for any information on Dr JOHN WRIGHT or this Wright family.
