Who Owned 20 Maresfield Gardens, London NW3 5SX before Sigmund Freud?

Hello,

I'm trying to find out who the owner of 20 Maresfield Gardens was before Freud moved there in 1938. The house was built in 1920. Any help with this search would be very much appreciated. I tried National Archives, and London Met. Archive seems to have some records (unfortunately I'm unable to travel there).
