Historical Timeline
« on: Thursday 18 June 15 22:07 BST (UK) »
Hi

I am trying to locate a good online historical timeline website that when viewed shows general historical dates.  So for example when was the Irish potato famine, what exact date?  The battle of Nasby what exact date?  When did Australia have it's first Settlers. What exact date?  So I can then use some creative thinking to trace what people did at that specific time in history.

Thank you

Wikipedia do timelines. The previous and following years are at the top of each page
This is UK 1848 for example .
