Sheffield to sydney

I wonder if anyone out there could shed some light on a relative for me.
Her name was Stella Mercer and she was born in Sheffield, England in 1896, I believe she had a child out of wedlock in 1917 called Dennis Mercer, on 16 June 1920 she left London and travelled to NSW on her own. I have reason to believe she married a man called William McMillan Davidson Mill, I think she may have married him in Oz as I can find no record of a marriage in England, I also believe he died in 1924. I'm wondering if they had any children, or if she remarried after he died and when did she die? I believe her son never went to Australia as he died in Sheffield in 1972, having married and had 3 children of his own.
Any information would be of great help.

Interesting if you look at the passenger list she is travelling on ticket 1009. It looks as if there is another person on this same ticket, although it could be a mistake as the next ticket number is 1011. However, the person who may be travelling with her was a Norman Mill and was an infant aged 6 months.

According to the Electoral registers Norman's wife was Mary Agnes.

There is a possible remarriage for Stella in 1946 ....  to a Mr GRAY and then there are possible deaths for a Stella GRAY - do you know her parents' names?
