there is a building shown on the 1888 ordnance survey map,  pant-y-gro felen,  this may be it.
It is about a mile and a quarter due south of Llanbister, appears to be a remote farm accessed by a track.
There is a building there on a modern map. Tha site maps.nls.uk enables you to view the old map side by side wth a modern satellite image,  I cannot provide a link from my tablet but others may be more skilled than I am.

The name is not quite the same so this may not be it, but I think it is possible

Hi  :)
I've gone through the tithe apportionment transcriptions at
http://cynefin.archiveswales.org.uk/en/tithe-maps/transcribe/#Llanbister&/transcribe/787496810506/&&&&/map/796450040281/
and page 56 lists a property(s) called Mount Eagle and Pantygravollin which is probably the same property as pant y gro felin? I went through the whole list and there isn't another property that has a similar name.
Here is mazi's link to the OS map

Thank you both for your replies. I have her birth cert and it lists Pantyearfolen llanbister as her birth place. Her mother was Sarah Williams seamstress there is no name for her father. I am wondering what the name of the house was for St Cynllo church was as her grandfather James Williams was the parish clerk.

I may be wrong but I do not think the Parish Clerk was a church appointment, rather a civil parish office.

Thanks Mike I believe you are right as they held the records of the parish not just the chuch. Very tricky trying to find the Williams as there are so many and often have same Christian names.
