Hello zoejessicax, and welcome to RootsChat!

RootsChat is intended for helping people to research their family history, and is not really for tracing living relatives.  For reasons of privacy and internet security we can only post details of people who have died.

For general help on finding living people, have a look at these threads:

Hi Zoe

The name he was adopted into is fairly common, but if he stayed in the area there is a possible marriage in 1958 to a lady with a fairly unusual surname.

There are 3 possible children of this marriage who I can't name as they are living, but they were all born in Kent suggesting the family moved south.

You can find the name of the lady he married and the 3 children on www.freebmd.org.uk

I have found a possibe date of birth and a possible addresss so if you can confirm his date of birth in a personal message to me, I can show you how to find where he might be living now. The information is in the public domain.

You need 1 more post to be able to use the personal message system.

Dawn
