Margaret Elizabeth Moles/Teague
« on: Friday 26 June 15 07:41 BST (UK) »
I am looking for information about Margaret Elizabeth Moles b 1890 in Collingwood, Victoria, who married Charles Edgar Teague in 1913.  This lady is my grandmother, who I had no contact with.  Charles Edgar died in 1964 at Nazareth House, Camberwell, Melbourne.  It appears that Margaret Elizabeth was not with him at that time.  I do not know when she died.  Their son, John Frederick Teague is my father.  They may have had two daughters, one whose name was Wanda Lyle Teague.  Margaret Elizabeth's father was Frederick Moles - her mother was Hannah Christina Wells.  I have been able to trace the families back to England, but really want to know more about my grandparents, whom I never met.

Dear Sue,

Thank you so much for the information you posted.  Looks like I had the wrong second name.  Also mother as Ann not Hannah.  You've pretty much given me all the information I wanted.  I never knew this side of my family, so all I will get is information, but that gives me a little picture of them.  So your post is much appreciated.

Margaret.

Hi Sue,  this new sibling Ruby is very interesting as my mother said she thought  my father had two sisters, but she couldn't remember their names (I think she met the family once in 1945).  She spoke as if they were adults then, and I don't think she knew about Wanda Lyle who died at 2yo.  It was a bit of a mystery to me, these 2 sisters, when I could only find one besides the baby.  I so appreciate this information you have sent me as I couldn't find much at all.  Are you related to this family or are you a very good researcher?
Margaret.

No, I am not related to your family, Margaret. ;D
And no, I am not a very good researcher.
Just lucky enough to have access to useful Australian resources and some experience ;D
