Search for where Frederick George Shone is buried

I am trying to locate where my Grandad is buried/cremated. His name was Frederick George Shone, date of birth 21st March 1921. He died on 31st March 1972 and lived in Almondsbury in Gloucestershire. Could anyone help me please?

sorry, my geography of this area is non-existent, so you may have to cross reference with a map to see which ones would be closest.

Some authorities charge for look-ups but it does help that you have his exact date of death and location.

Thanks to you both. I've had one reply from a Church to say he isnt buried there,they gave me the email address of another cemetary so I have contacted them. I have also contacted Gloucestershire Council to see if they can help. I don't know the area either.

Hi. Almondsbury comes under South Gloucestershire.  He could have been cremated at Canford Crematorium, Westbury on Trym, Bristol.   Worth a contact.
