Can anyone decipher the place of residence or occupation of my ancestor James who died in '82 aged 90. His death was registered in Irvinestown, Fermanagh. Thanks!

Oh it does look like that, thank you so much! I just googled it and that's in Leitrim? Did there used to be a Scrabbagh in Fermanagh?

Oh perhaps you're right about the occupation - I really have no idea because I just discovered him today. The only thing I could think of was 'head' as in head of the house but that doesn't classify as a job so I'd say herd is right
