Thank you both for your help ... it is much appreciated.  Yes, to the last message, it is my site.  Lots of information about Dr HMJ, he was quite a character,  but unfortunately no one in the family knows where he is buried exactly ...

Do you have Death Cert?  If so, where was death registered?
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

I don't think these Johnstons are the same family as mine, Joseph isn't one of the family names.  Great photos of the tombstones ...

Someone visiting the Cemetery took some photos for IGP, just saw that Johnston one there!

It looks like there are quite a few other g/stones there... maybe other Johnstons!

well it is a great story after all the IRA commandered his car then there was a song written
'Johnston motor car' by Willie Gillespie of Ballybofey

have you tried the local council or paper, I am more than sure the local paper or council would help you.

It say in the article that he was born at Ramelton may be he was taken back there.

His death must have been in the papers because of the car and song.

I asked poster if they had newspaper death notices or obituaries but never got a response.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
