SSDI shows Katherine Lundell, b. 23 Apr 1891, died July 1966:

item two:
death of Kathleen G Lundell, 75, registered in September 1966 quarter (would cover a July death) in Conway district in Wales (http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/genuki/reg/districts/conway%20valley.html ), Vol 8a/page 149.  Apparently later amended, as there's a 149a entry which adds the names "Catherine M" and "Katherine G".

item three:
probatesearch.service.gov.uk shows an administration (so no will), for a Catherine Mary otherwise Katherine Georgina otherwise Katherine Georgiana of 2 Hill Cottage, Fernbrook Road, Penmaenmawr (which would be in Conway district), died 24 July 1966. administration to Josephine Mary Yates, married woman.

Yes all this is correct - thank you very much, Josephine Yates was her sister, I knew she had emigrated to Wales when she married but I had no need idea where, I never expected to find the grave for her also - very much appreciated!
