Parkes family - missing relatives

I am trying to trace what happened to the family of my Dad's brother whose name was Samuel Parkes.  He was born I believe on 1.2.1901 although I could be wrong on the exact date.  his parents were Joseph Parkes born 1867? and Maud Marian Lambeth born 1877.  They lived in Tipton, West Midlands.  Samuel married, one of my older cousins believes it was a lady called Mary. Surname is unknown.  there were two sons but the couple split up and Mary? went to India with another gentleman and no one knows what happened to her or the boys after that.

I wondered if there was anyone on here would have any idea where the descendants live now.

There is no marriage for a Samuel Parkes to a Mary in Dudley from 1916 to 1935. In fact, very few anywhere - wrongly transcribed, or Mary her second name?

Any further ideas as to rough year of marriage, and area if not Dudley?

Were the 2 sons likely to have been born in Dudley?
