In need of help please

Hi All.
 I have tried from time to time to locate a half brother.
 The prob is that I don't have the patents and keep running into a brick wall.

 I am looking for some help,no a lot of help.

 I have birth records of our mother and other info I was adopted at the age of 2 and have all the paperwork from then. Also birth records of my half brother who is younger than me. Can you help please.

His name is Removed. 16/11/1960. Lambeth South.

In birth register it reads...Removed.
