Trying to locate Hilda Blanchard (my great grandmother) , she  was born in London about 1899 in London. Her parents were Arthur John Blanchard and Helena Smith Herridge. It seems Hilda Blanchard is a very common name in London. Any help would be greatful.

The 1901 census shows Hilda aged 6 months (indicating birth in late 1900), birthplace Southwark, enumerated with her parents and siblings at 38 Aylesford St, St George Hanover Square.

Hilda Blanchard born 19 Sep 1900 was baptised 10 Oct 1900 at St Mary, Newington.

Parents: Arthur John (labourer) and Ellen*, of 7 Temple St.

*"Ellen" is likely to be rhe same person as Helena - these names were often used interchangeably in the 19th century. I see that Arthur and Helena had married in 1891.
