Seeking old friends

Hi,
I am trying to trace an old friend. Removed who lived off Portway Woodhouse Park Wythenshawe Manchester 22. She attended the local catholic school. Her best friend was Removed. Her brother was Removed. Her parents originated from Ireland.

That was also edited to remove the names as we have a 'no living people' policy here.

I would suggest looking for her brother, his name is more unusual and the person you seek may now be married and have a different surname.

You could try looking for them on free bdm to see if they married and who. With this information you could try for children using married name and maiden name. This could give you an idea of area and then it may be possible to pick them up on 191.com. You could try a site like friends reunited.

There is also http://www.searchelectoralroll.co.uk/ and Find My Past ,but the latter requires a pay as you go or subscription fee.

I've had quite a bit of luck by searching on Facebook too.
