We haven't come up with any voters listing for her from 1935 onwards, last sighting appears to be 1921 census.

Did your grandfather or siblings have contact with anyone in Canada  ???
Have you got an address for a solicitor you could write to for information  ???

Hello Ahurle

Wills are handled separately by each province in the same way BMDs are.

Here is a link that will hopefully give you enough info about obtaining a BC will. Look down the page under deaths and click on application for search of wills notice.

Hello just a quick update - I got the obituary for the Margaret D Fear and it is her! The date of birth is two years out and the middle name is wrong but the details all match. I found out Maggie lost a child somewhere between 1913 - 1916 which I believe this was the cause of her being unwell. I wonder if Dorothy was the child's name, her middle names of Mary and Mariah weren't used again after she moved to Canada.

I know someone said that she is still in North Battleford in 1921 on the census, if anyone could post it for me I would like to keep it for my records.

I just wanted to say thanks for all your help and suggestions especially the links you provided me it has really helped me finish Maggie's side of the family  ;D
