I am research my Gollop family. What I have found:

Marriage to Sarah Furber 17Jul 1853
Found family in 1861& 1871 then the family disappears
Any help on how to trace them in census after 1871.
Children are:

Elizabeth b1862

George Salisbury Gollop b 1831 Dorset then have them in 1861 Chichester, Sussex married to Sarah Furber.

If you are not descended from any of them then we do not know if they have all died or emigrated or taken a different name.
If one is your greatgreat grandfather or mother then we know that someone lived and had children and lived in a certain country.

A public tree on ancestry has George dying in 1875, and Sarah not until 1905 in Dorset.

Possibly this one?

This would appear to be them on the 1891 (name of Maynard  ) -
