please help me look for beatrice harman

Beatrice Ellen Chamber's married name was Harman, her daughter Mavis E Harman married Eric Aston.  Her two daughters were therefore named Aston, not Price

   Spotted them both ,   in the 1950's  ,  maybe they  married  Price  men?  so hence the  name

Beatrice's children are Mavis, Joan, Geoff, Roma and John.

There appears to be more than one Chambers family in Alcester around the turn of the century, as there are 44 Chambers births registered between 1890 and 1910. You'll need to find baptism records to narrow it down as mother's maiden name wasn't recorded until June quarter 1912. 

Though see reply 14 for a possible family in 1901.

Hi Kate, and welcome to Rootschat (didn't spot you were a newbie before!).

Groom posted that as a possible family, but was concerned that Beatrice's siblings didn't include any of those mentioned in the original post.

If you KNOW that Mavis, Joan, Geoff, Roma and John were her children rather than her siblings then it's quite possibly the right family given the baptism Groom found.
