For a start, here is their marriage

We now have a slight problem, as there are two Frank K Astons born about the same time (I looked between 1900 and 1928)

The only way you can find which one is right would be to get Frank and Mavis's marriage certificate  as that will give his father's name. You can then find who that person married and so work out which birth is his.

I can't see an Aston/Kendall marriage at the moment. Of course it could be that it was a second marriage and Kendall is her maiden name.
