Leon o van de cappelle

Hi all.
Can anyone help me find a birth entry for Leon o van de cappelle.
He died in 1935 and can find other resources but cannot find any birth entry so is assuming not registered at birth.
Mothers name was Ann delphine van de cappelle.

There's a Leon H Van De Capelle born 1916 Co Durham - might that be him - do you know how old he was when he died?

He was from Belgium and the Leon Henri van de cappelle was his son xx

Right I see so you are looking for a birth registered in Belgium. 

Was his mother single or was that her married name do you know?

This might help - or hinder - but there is a family tree with him on as Leon Octavius born 1883

However it lists his father as Leon Adolphe Francois Van De Cappelle being born in 1873 which clearly does not fit.

Leon was born in Wales but his ancestry is Belgium . His mother was also Welsh .

Ah Wales right.  How old was he when he died so we have a birth year to look for?
