I've found a lady by that name with a birth year of 1927 at an address in Tregegar from at least 1980 to date. The man she was living with is no longer there but may now be in a home or has recently died as they are both elderly.

This couple may have married in 1946 and I have a corresponding birth for her in 1927 but without the middle initial.

I can't see a birth for the lady in 1927 who married in 1949

I can't see a entry in the phone book at www.bt.com but if you google her name and Tredegar, with www.192.com, you can see who she was living with.
