Jane Humphreys born 1827 in Gresford or Moss

Jane Humphreys born 1827, was married to John Grant in 1845, in Broughton, Chester.  Her Father was John Humphreys, cabinet maker, on the marriage certificate.
That is all I know.
All through the censuses from 1851 - 1901 she says she was born in Gresford, and then on the 1911 census it says she was born in Moss, which is quite a way from Gresford.
I would like to get further back in the family, but I can't find anything other than her father's name and occupation.
Would like her mother's and siblings' names. I found a grave at Moss for a Sarah Humphreys born 1815 I think it was. An older sister possibly? Any one help please?

One of the main difficulties with research in the area is that the 1841 Census is missing.

Yes I realise that about the Wrexham census. I did find a Jane Humpreys on the '41 census as a servant, which she says she was at her marriage, up towards Ruthin. Of course even if it was her, it's not got her family with her. It only says she was born in the county not where.
I thought maybe someone had access to parish records, I know some Welsh records are online now on various sites.

Not really much help, but John , Jane and a son are buried in Wrexham Ruabon Road cemetery, all in the same grave. it does seem to confirm her age is correct.
