Can you be a bit more specific as to what you are requiring help with, or what you are wanting to find out.  And then tell us all you already know! Starting with what part of the world these events took place.
And can you confirm that this gentleman is now deceased, as it is Rottschats policy not to mention individuals who are or might still be alive.

His umarried mother passed when he was about 3.  He lived at a workhouse in chepstow. no more info.

What is the source of his fathers name as Alec?

And, we still haven't had it confirmed he is no longer with us. I cant see a death up to the date the indexes are online.
Plenty of people born 1921 are still alive.

Not exactly sure where the father was listed.  I will have to dig more.  however, if there are
some John Morgan Vines still with us that is great news!  I will check with other agencies for records.
