I'm reinstating these findings, which I deleted from my previous posting:

It is feasible that Frank Charles CLARKE may have reversed the order of his Christian names to Charles Frank and married in the UK:

(1) 2Q 1919 Mary E. PARKER            Chorlton 8c 1994
(2) 4Q 1951 Jessie M. STOTHERS    Peterboro 3b 1488

There is a UK death registration:
2Q 1967  Charles Frank CLARKE aged 75         Peterboro 4b 423
