Boocock of Allanbrigg Mill, Pudsey, West Yorkshire

I'm new to Rootschat (starting today). I believe I can help to clarify a discussion which took place here in January 2011, about the Boocock family of Lane End, Pudsey in the late 1700s and early 1800s.

I am a direct descendant of Isaac Boocock, the owner of Allanbrigg Mill, Pudsey, from his eldest son, William. I have a copy of Isaac's will, dated 1866, and should like to hear from anyone still looking for more information about the family.

Otherwise, if you haven't already done so, a good way to make surname connections with other members is to enter your surname interests in the Surname Interests Table (SIT), and to check there whether others are researching these names.

The more people who enter their surnames, the more chance there will be of making a connection!
