Looking back at this thread the GRO index now confirms that Ann Crisp's maiden name was Poole, son Frank Randolph born 1857 and Alfred Crisp married Ann Poole in Bradford in 1848

The odd entry for R Witcomb, female age 60, leads me to suspect an error in the entry. Ann's nephew Randolph was born Chippenham in 1845, son of a clothworker, and is not to be found with his parents in Frome in 1861.
