Samuel Clarke baptized Saxtead

Does anyone have access to the Saxtead records?

I know there is baptism transcript 28 Apr 1816 son of Richard and Frances. However the census records point to Samuel Clarke born 1807 in Saxtead and married 1828 (ie couldn't have been born 1816)

I'm basically looking for any indication that it was a late or second baptism.

Who did he marry and when?

He could have been born in 1807 but only baptised 1816

I have a copy of Muriel Kilvert's transcribed records for All Saints Saxtead, will have a look after supper, lots of pages to go through :-)

Unfortunately, now that I have had time to go through the loose papers, that are not in a very good order (I will tidy them up before handing back to our museum), I only have BMDs for October 1546 through to Dec 1742.
