1028, 20th Street South Arlington Virginia, America in 1948

I have information that a James Audley aged 33 flew from Shannon Airport, Ireland to Washington DC, America in April 1948.

The address he was going to was 1028, 20th Street South Arlington Virginia

Can anybody please tell me who was living at that address in April 1948.

After following Shellesq's suggestion; I am still awaiting a response, other than the automated reply from the Arlington Library.  In the mean time does anybody have any other  suggestions?
