Renfrey Families - Victoria

First of all I would like to apologise in advance if I've made this request before.   

I would like any information on 2 Renfrey brothers who apparently lived and died in Victoria.   They were:     John Renfrey, born and christened in Gwennap, Cornwall in 1836 and Richard Renfrey born in Kea, and christened in Gwennap in 1842.   Their parents were Thomas Renfrey and Grace née Harris.

Their brother George and his family may also have emigrate to Australia - see my post

Their aunt, Jane Hawke (Renfrey) had previously immigrated to Sout Australia on the Reliance in 1851.

Any information gratefully accepted.

Thank you for your help in locating this family.   I located Richard Renfrey together with John on the 1851 Census living with their parents (name shown as Rinfrey).   They were both on the 1861 census this time with the name of 'Bonfoey'.   I first suspected that they lived in Australia when I saw a family tree on the internet.  I wished to get confirmation of this which I now have, thanks to you all.

It's interesting that they lived in Kapunda, although not surprising given their mining backgrounds.   As I mentioned, their aunt, Jane Hawke (née Renfrey) had arrived in Kapunda with her family on the Reliance in 1851 (including Richard and John's grandmother Jane Renfrey née Datson.

The passenger list of the Marion also shows George Dew and family of Dilton Marsh (Westbury) on board.   Their daughter Ruth, later born in Barossa, SA, married Jane Hawke's grandson William Albert Hawke in Kapunda in 1890.

Ballarat cemetery has half a dozen records for Renfree, non for Renfrey. People in Sebastopol and Ross Creek would usually be buried at Ballarat. Ross Creek is close to Smythesdale so they could perhaps also be in Scarsedale cemetery.

Thank you rusted, it's quite common to find different variations of Renfrey.   I guess it all depended on what the writer thought he heard, particularly if the Renfrey in question was illiterate (see my earlier post for spellings in censuses).   Cemetery records in Aberystwyth recorded them as Penfrey.
