Hi, I found this terrific thread after googling the name of a distant relative that has come up in my research into my TILLING (and variants) side of my fathers side of the family - Tryphena Boswell. Another of Tryphenas daughters by Thomas Dix - Mary Ann Dix Boswell - married Thomas TELLINS in 1847. They also had a son named Belcher (AKA Belshazzur B: 1840, D:1862). Tryphena would be my 4x Grt Grandmother. Thank you all for the information supplied - I am super excited to have found this.
