Yes, it looks like she married other times.  You can see them on the index of marriage records here - http://www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/  Looking at the image of the marriage to Mr. Jacobsen, it looks like it occurred in 1936, not 1935.

If Cliff was 18 when married (he might have been older) he would be 97 now, unlikely to still be alive.

It would appear Cliff died in 2003. Based on likely dates and location.
