Name in a Yorkshire Will

Hello Rootschatters

Can anyone decipher the surname in the Will extract below?  The date is 1672 and the place is Yorkshire.  I believe the first name is Edward and the place could be Muston.

This person is the Testator's illegitimate son. There are two grandchildren mentioned called Edward and Peter who appear to have the same name although they are not directly stated to be sons of Edward.

I have looked at the Muston BTs and cannot find a name that looks anything like Edward's so he and his children must have been born elsewhere.

Genuki has at least seven places in Yorkshire called Marton so that will keep me busy for a bit!

There is a village just outside York called Murton. May be worth a try.

It often helps to have a slightly larger portion of writing to look at, so letters can be compared and hopefully worked out.
You say there are grandchildren with the same name?
Can you post that bit as well and maybe it can be worked out from there.

Could the surname be Arthr,perhaps a variant of Arthur?

OK  here is some more.
This Will is a mess. The testator was buried three days after he signed it. It seems to have been written in haste and probably not by a lawyer. I'm afraid the writing is very inconsistent.

Perhaps it is Warth or Warthe? It does seem to begin Wart...  Compare the w in the phrase In wittnesse where of (last 4 words showing).
