So sorry just had a chance to look properly the rest of the info I have sent over is all correct IE brothers army and navy

The birth document is dated 25th April I noticed is this incorrect ?

There is no birth registered for a Samuel Boyd born 25 Apr.1896 in (present counties of) Northern Ireland and no Boyd child with that birthdate either.

Thought we had him its funny the registration date is the 25th April though

So far I haven't found a marriage for the parents or births of any other siblings of Samuel. Also, Mary's daughter Anna seems to be hiding but as Anna seems to be born before parents married perhaps Mary isn't her mother...

I found a marriage and did think it was right as it had Samuel as a widow it was to a Mary J Patterson on February 6th 1883 that might explain it
