Sun Fire Insurance Records

I have recently been up to the London Metropolitan Archives and located my ancestor in the above records.  I was wondering if anyone has ever looked at the Sun Indorsement  books ref: MS12160 what  information they could contain and if it was worth going up for?
Bennett - Shepshed, Leics.

Thanks mowsehowse for the link, however I've already looked at this, I've  bought a book called "Fire Insurance Records" by David T Hawkings and this gives lots of examples for me to look at. Should be a great help.
