Death of LUCY STAPLETON (nee NAPPER) 1833

Hi all

I am looking for the death of Lucy Stapleton (nee Napper Born 16/11/1791
Saint Andrew, Holborn, London.
She Married  SAMUEL STAPLETON AT
Saint Bride, Fleet Street, London on the 2nd April 1809.

Apparently she died in a "Workhouse"?, I assume in London, 1833.  Any more details would be appreciated.

Children:
John B 1816
Lucy B 1817
William B 1819
Mary Ann B 1823.

Large number of years between 1809 and 1816 - does this suggest there may be other children.
Possibly a George, Samuel and Ann.

Hi Br1gau,
Thank you so much for your reply. Not done any posts for a while. Yes I am aware of JHD and the Monaro Pioneers.  JHD and I have had our heads together.  Lots of phone calls and emails.
Must give him another call, he is in his 90's but going blind.

This Stapleton crew leave lots of info., but none about where they were born or parents siblings etc.
And yes we do have dth cert., but still no info. grrrrr.

Thank you so much for your reply.  Would it be too much trouble to tell me how/what/where you found the info.  Also I note the date of birth difference so I'm hoping I don't have the wrong  Lucy.
I have her Parents as Edward and Mary Parsons and his 2nd wife Mary Ann Seward, and more children.

Found the death on Findmypast, there's an image and a transcription record.

There's also a marriage for a Lucy Stapleton who is a widow in 1814, not sure if this will be of any help though.

St James The Less, Thorndike Street

Groom's parish    St Paul Covent Garden
Bride's parish    St James, Westminster
No ages given for either
