William lived with his aunt Emma Wise in Watlington as a child.
Next year will be the 100th anniversary of William's death at the age of 21 on the first day of the Battle of the Somme.

I suspect that Edward B may be William's father as Edward died unmarried and they share a common forename.

But there was also potentially other unmarried siblings of Edward B who were James and Alice E.
