I can see a reference to a Michael marrying a Margaret McQuade in Glasgow in 1932 in Our Lady of St. Margaret's Kinning Park, Glasgow, he was the son of Michael Kemmit and Cecilia Connolly, is that a possibility?

Here he is in 1901:

No problem, but is the marriage to a Margaret McQuade (or close alternatives)?

Hmm, all I'm finding for this name is a small pocket in Co. Sligo. A Michael Kemmit married a Cecilia Connolly in 1872 in Sligo, his father was Michael, hers was Daniel.  They had children including Mary 1877, Margaret 1883, Bridget 1886, and Michael 1889 (there may be others...), Michael is mentioned in Irish records  as being married on 19 November 1931 by the Rev. T feeny in Glasgow.
