Can you give us some idea what "the haven" is or was please? And where did you get this name from? Census perhaps?

Also some dates might help - for example, when were your family there? Places and names change so it might help trace a place if we know what era you are referring to.

I've got some idea that it may have been a Traveller / Gypsy site at one time? Am I wrong? Is that in any way helpful?
