SO, if the 'H' is pretty certain for this lady on the shipping document, but the 'S' is suspect and some have said may be an 'E', then the Mary Elizabeth H Blackburn (bn 1887,  possibly married James Wilson 1914) still remains a very likely candidate.

As has been said, the marriage is indexed Mary E S Blackburn - but I think it likely this is a mistranscription along the line - but only getting the marriage cert will confirm.   There does not seem to be a Mary E S Blackburn around, nor anything else for Mary E H Blackburn, in order to rule it out.
