Mary Ann not at 53 Percival St Clerkenwell in 1901, shared by 5 "households".  Next question/answer - don't know, doesn't seem to appear with (presumably) widowed mother.  Most likely in service somewhere, there are a number of (unprovable?) possibilities in the east end.

I am Zoe Northeast, granddaughter of Maximilian Double.

It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

With deep sadness,
Zoe
