You may have to get a birth cert. for one of the children to establish Jane's name.
If they didn't marry the children may have reverted to her maiden name.

FreeBMD has deaths listed for:
Albert POOLE age 0, Mar qtr 1894, Middlesbrough, vol 9d p380
Jane POOLE age 28, Mar qtr 1894, Middlesbrough, vol 9d p379
So it seems likely that Jane died soon after giving birth and young Albert did not survive.

A possible marriage:
Miriam Mercy POOLE, Jun qtr 1909, Howden, vol 9d p184 (on same page is Arthur RICHARDSON)

This could be the marriage of Albert and Jane (on FreeBMD):

Albert POOLE, Dec qtr 1882, Bradford vol 9b p264.
On the same page are Jane CHADWICK, Alice Eliza POOLE and Charles RIDEHALGH.

I couldn't see an obvious birth for Jane in Middlesbrough or Bradford, but there are several possibilities in Yorkshire (You can't 100% trust birthplaces shown on a census!)

The 1911 Irish census has a 22 year old Miriam Poole born England living in Antrim that might be worth looking into.

Added. There is also an 1888 marriage in Antrim of an Albert Poole, father named John, but you would need to buy a few credits to see further details.

This Albert Poole married Alice Eliza Poole.
The Antrim marriage looks interesting as there's a Service Record for an Albert Poole b. 1862 Doncaster, attested 1885 which could mean he was in Ireland in 1888.

That eliminates the possible Howden marriage - well, that's the way it goes!
So it is possible that Albert joined the army, was posted to Ireland, married somewhere, then turned up in 1891 on the census in Middlesbrough.  I wonder what his occupation was in 1891.

I don't think we can get any further without a child's birth certificate to give Jane's maiden name.
