Any help would be appreciated regarding the Humphreys family.

Jane Humphreys m Thomas Price (my 3 x grt grandparents) 02.12.1832 St Michael in Chester, Cheshire.
At marriage witness is a Sarah Humphreys (sister to Jane?)

1871 Census: Bee Hive Road, Brymbo
Elizabeth Jones Head 72yrs b Denbighshire, Brymbo
Jane Price Sister Widow 62yrs b Denbighshire, Brymbo
Isaac Humphreys Nephew 24yrs Ry. Brakesman b Denbighshire, Brymbo

I have been trying to find a marriage of Elizabeth Humphreys to a Jones.
Also there are several births to a Isaac Humphreys, possibly father George Humphreys.

In the 1841 Census, Sealand, Chester
Jane Price (Humphreys) with husband and family also have an Ann Humphreys 70yrs, not born in Cheshire.

I would like to find, if possible, a Jane Humphreys with mother Ann and siblings, Elizabeth, Sarah and George, living in Brymbo, Wrexham, Denbighshire.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction

There looks to be two reasonable possibilities for a marriage for Elizabeth

There are Brymbo census records for an Edward Jones and Elizabeth that look possibilities in 1851 and 1861(including an 18yo Mary Ann Humphreys as servant),with Elizabeth being given as born circa 1797.

Hello ColC and despair

William and Ann Humphreys with Jane born 11 May 1809, bapt 12 May 1810 Brymbo appear to be the best fit.

1851 and 1861 Census for Edward Jones married to Elizabeth, appear to fit with Elizabeth widow, Jane and Isaac in 1871.

Isaac as nephew appears with his family, father George in 1851 and 1861, following in age to the 1871 with two aunts.

It is placing George, Elizabeth, Jane and Sarah Ann Humphreys with the same parents William and Ann Humphreys, to bring it all together.

There are a few Humphreys on here that were bricklayers.
Just search Wrexham and wills in Diocese - St Asaph.
You might find a link.
