I would start from there and try and find her with her parents in the 1901 and 1911 cenuses. That would give you her parent's ages and their places of birth. If you can find them on the 1911 that will also tell you how long they have been married. Once you know that you will have something to work from.

Rose & Thomas marriage - have you tried spelling variations - eg McDonald ?

Mabel Marians BC would show Rose's Maiden name ...

I think this is their marriage

Thomas McDonald             Age:   21
Spouse:   Rose Elizabeth Swift          Age:   19
26 Jun 1895
St Katharine, Rotherhithe, Southwark
Father's Name:   Colin McDonald
Spouse Father:   John Swift

Thomas's address is given as 62 Cornbury Road, the same as on Marion's baptism. He is a carrier.

Mabel Marian Gamble born 12/9/1897 died Jan-Mar 1976 Bexley
Mable Marian MacDonald born Oct-Dec 1897 Greenwich (obviously born in September but her birth wasn't registered until October!)
Next step is to look for her in 1901 and 1911, which will reveal her parents and siblings to you
Looks like the marriage that groom found for Mabel's parents is the right one, since the address and Thomas's occupation is the same as for Mabel's christening

So you have one new name in your tree already - Rose Elizabeth Swift
Transcribing Essex records for FreeREG.
Current parishes - Burnham, Purleigh, Steeple.
Get in touch if you have any interest in these places!
