1911 CENSUS. Where was Mary?

Hello,
 
I am looking for Mary Lavinia GALBRAITH in the 1911 census. [Also known as Vena Galbraith].

A single lady, born Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand in 1866. Had resided in England since 1875.

Her mother Dinah, brother John Hammond, and sister Sarah Alice (all Galbraith) were residing at the time of this census at "Balgair", Walpole Road, Surbiton.

Mary died in Weybridge, Surrey in 1948.

Suffragettes boycoted the 1911 census, if she supported them this could be why she is missing. See http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2011/apr/01/suffragettes-census-1911-boycott

That is perhaps a possibility. I know nothing at all about this lady other than that she was a singer in the late 1890's, using the name of Vena Galbraith.
