Catherine Milliken MConnell Ayre
« on: Tuesday 17 November 15 14:53 GMT (UK) »
Hi,
The above was born in Doagh Antrim, 16 January 1921, parents Robert and Jane (nee Kernohan).
Robert and Jane were married in Belfast at St Anne's church of Ireland 10th November 1911.
Catherine married William Vint 20th May 1942 at Christ Church Ballynure Antrim.
For reasons unknown Catherine left William shortly after they were married and went to England. she died suddenly in St Georges Hospital Westminster, London May 1951. ( Milliken is also shown as Milligan)
We would be grateful for and information on the Ayre, Kernohan, or Vint families connected here, were there any siblings etc.
Thank you for your time
peter g

You've posted in Completed Requests- just click on 'report to moderator' to get this moved to ANTRIM board.

If you want to trace Catherine's family further back you could get view the scanned image of the parents' marriage certificate which will give their residences, names & occupations, names of witnesses, etc. See https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk/

The latest available Irish census is 1911- taken shortly before Robert and Jane married but the details on the marriage certificate will probably help to confirm the correct entries.
